The Warblers Club’s own Sam Banana and the Bunch will honor Jackie Conn Harbuck with Warblers music and Doo Wop. Jackie loved the Warblers. She attended every show she could, including the concert at 6th Avenue Baptist Church just a few weeks before she passed away. Don’t miss this great tribute to Jackie, and a wonderful Woodlawn tradition.
The WHS Grand Reunion Committee promised at the last reunion we would do another one in 2024. We took a voice vote at the March reunion and those in attendance gave a resounding YES to do it. We will hold this event on April 13th, 2024 at Pine Tree Country Club. It will be a “WHS Alumni” Event. Classes who wish to will have restaurant dine arounds prior to the reunion. Our Class Chairs are in charge of those events. Jackie Conn Harbuck was the driving force behind the WHS Panama City Grand Reunions that had upwards of 600 attendees. She was an advisor, and the 1961 Class Chair, for the Grand in 2022. She spent untold days and hours making sure these reunions were great fun for all. We lost Jackie in June of 2023 and a decision was made to name this upcoming reunion the “WHS Jackie Conn Harbuck Memorial Grand Reuion. She will be honored at the reunion and so many will want to be there for that memorial, so stay tuned and visit this site often for updates and ticket availability.
